To celebrate the release of Horrid Henry: The Movie, which goes on general release this Sunday 29th July, White Bat and the great guys at Asylum Entertainment, Koch Media, and Novel Entertainment are proud to announce Horrid Henry’s Horrid App for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. This collection of games is sure to amuse every Horrid Henry fan!

Dress Up Horrid Henry, Moody Margaret and Perfect Peter in a huge variety of weird and wacky clothing. Add a pirate sword or Henry’s trade mark yo-yo, choose a background that fits, then save the picture to your camera gallery to share with all your friends.

In ‘Go Giddiantus!’, you play as Henry chasing Margaret! Jump over the falling obstacles and dodge the Fluffy Fairies that Margaret throws back at you. Jump onto the shelves to grab Henry’s Purple Hand splats, and watch out for those hidden clothing items! You can use them to unlock more clothing for the Dress Up game.

In ‘Flick the Bogey’, fire water balloons at Moody Margaret and burst them with your yo-yo to give her a good soaking! In later stages you’ll have to navigate tricky obstacles and collect Purple Hand splats for extra points! There’s even a challenge mode where you’ll have to work out how you can hit all the Purple Hand splats with a limited number of water balloons.

Horrid Henry’s Horrid App has hours of entertainment and stars all your favourite characters from the movie, TV series and books.

Soon, the popular puzzle game Fruit Frenzy will be playable on Android phones and tablets! The Android version will have all the gameplay, graphics and music that you love, and you’ll be able to compete on the same high score tables and get the same acheivements as players of the iOS version.

I’m currently looking for testers to make sure that the game works well on the huge variety of Android devices out there. As OpenFeint’s Free Game of the Day, Fruit Frenzy was downloaded more than 60,000 times worldwide. The leaderboards are getting very busy as thousands are submitting their personal high scores.

The game reached number 1 in the Board Games category in China, and number 34 accross the whole Chinese App Store. It also charted in the top ten in the Board Games category in 40 countries, including the US, UK, and France. Fruit Frenzy’s worst perorming country is Jordan, fact fans!

The promotion has now ended, and Fruit Frenzy has gone back to being a paid title. Check it out today!

Fruit Frenzy Lite is now available! This free version of the game lets anyone with an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad try the game out for nothing. You can play the Time Attack mode from the full game, and also try your hand at three new puzzle levels especially created for the Lite Version.

Fruit Frenzy was an instant hit with critics when it launched on 3rd February., gaining coverage from Kotaku, Pocket Gamer, and GameZebo, among others. Kotaku called it “a delightful little iOS game that delivers colorful puzzle gaming in high concentration”. It was also featured in ‘New and Noteworthy’ by Apple, and was a Featured Game of the Week at OpenFeint. Now you can try it yourself and see what the fuss is all about!

Here’s some of the latest reviews that Fruit Frenzy has been getting. The reviewers still seem to love the game!

AppySpy, a very popular iPhone review site, says “Fruit Frenzy is a beautifully polished and wonderfully designed puzzler that’s perfect for anyone after a casual arcade experience with a bit of a bite”. They also made a video review which you can see on the same page.

The Gamer with Kids wrote perhaps the most positive review yet, saying “White Bat Games did a great job on this game and I really liked how they altered the traditional puzzle matching game. Fruit Frenzy is a game that the whole family can enjoy and the challenge it presents will keep everyone busy for hours. I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves puzzle games.”
